Hi! My name is Elmer and I'm a tech support agent. I've been with the BPO Industry for more than 6 years now and I still have a lot to learn about being a tech support agent.
I've worked for Alorica Philippines, Sykes Asia, Convergys, Sutherland Global Services, and Transcom Asia. I'm an average type of tech support agent and I don't consider myself as someone that is really technical. I'm not a Cisco certified agent nor Microsoft certified. I've switched career in 2007 from construction to the BPO industry and it's not that bad. Being a call center agent pays well.
So stick around and hopefully I'll be able to help those who wanted to switch to the BPO industry as well. Hopefully I'll be able to document the issues that I'll handle and be able to post the resolution to such problem.
